Positive: Great hotel and room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The room we got through Booking was an "alpine" room, which meant it only had a murphy bed - that was totally unacceptable. We complained and they changed our room to one with a regular bed.

Negative: The hotel doesn't offer value for money: very expensive nightly rate but sadly doesn't offer premium services/ amenities to justify that rate. Studio rooms have a pull down bed - this is disappointing for a room rate this high (especially out of premium ski season). The staff swapped us into a 'normal room' but we had to concede the kitchen facilities.
Summary: Poor value for money given the pricing

Positive: The king room was a perfect size for the two of us. There is a murphy bed that could be used but that would make the room much tighter. There was a full sized kitchen with many amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker. The fireplace was a wonderful touch, however we did not need it during the warm week we were there in August. We loved the location of Teton Village. Take the gondola up for waffles at 10,492 feet! Enjoy sitting outside at Spur, where the staff is super friendly and fun to talk to.
Negative: We jumped in the hot tub. Based on the price point for this property we would have liked to have seen a little more "spa" feel to the pool & hot tub area. It was fine, but there's much more potential there.

Positive: Location of Teton Lodge is great, a short walk to the tram. Easy walk to the restaurants around the village. The restaurant inside the Lodge is also solid - great food and good place to watch sports. Free parking right across the street for Lodge guests is very convenient. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we felt very welcome. Clean room, good value.
Negative: Very minor, but a fireplace inside the room would have been nice. But overall a great value given the location.
Summary: Prime location to get on the mountain fast!

Positive: Convenient location. Loved the ski valet. Great restaurant and friendly staff. It was quiet which I greatly appreciated. Cozy cabin feel.
Negative: They offer complimentary tea in the evening but none of it was decaf. When I asked for decaf they charged me $5. I was shocked more than anything. They could use better pillows.
Summary: Overall, I would stay again because of the location and ski valet. It had a cozy feel.

Positive: Location was good.
Negative: I asked for a room with a view, still ended up with one overlooking the parking lot. The rooms need massive refurbishment- curtains are torn, the toilet seat is leaking, the wooden frames of windows and doors have major defects. The room wasn’t perfectly clean- there was hair everywhere (on fresh towels, on the carpet, on chairs..). The walls are also very thin so if you’re a light sleeper like me, you’ll wake up on your neighbors’ sneezes and the extremely loud heating system. Not sure it was worth the cost.
